I don’t say this lightly when I say this is the best salon experience I have had in years. I felt extremely valued from the minute I walked in, throughout my consultation and cut with Irma as well as during the wash and head massage. I simply will not go anywhere else now I have found this gem.

I've had my hair cut by both Jade and Vicky before and always had a good experience. Yesterday Vicky cut my hair for the first time and I'm so pleased with it! I cannot stop looking at at and the curls have stayed in perfectly overnight. Vicky really listened to what I wanted and gave me so many hints and tips to look after my hair. It looks healthier than it has in ages.
Vicky cuts my 18 month daughters hair and it is such a brilliant cut. Everyone has remarked on how lovely it is. Vicky is also really good with my daughter, patient, friendly and calm. Highly recommended for children's haircuts.
I had a very positive first visit to the Feathers Salon in Writtle, Chelmsford. My stylist understood my fine wavy hair immediately. She made some suggestions and I’m very happy with the cut and styling. I already look forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend this salon.
The senior stylist was fantastic and gave me guidance on colours that would suit and also discussed my hair type in detail. The junior stylist was also busy advising another client in the background! It was buzzing with people in and out in my 2 hour visit. I was blown away with the results. The interior of this salon is stunning in an equally beautiful location an absolute experience everyone should experience. I will be booking my next appointment shortly x

Feathers have been my go-to hair salon for years!I go for a Gents Cut & Finish with Lianna. During the lockdowns, I wouldn't let anyone touch my hair apart from Lianna. I trust what Lianna does with my hair because I feel great, and others tell me how good it looks. Lianna always listens to what I want and will guide me towards looking and feeling great. Lily the Salon Co-Ordinator is so fast to reply to appointments, Lily always finds the right date for me! And the reminders are really appreciated. Gents, if you're tired of cookie-cutter hair cuts, get to Feathers for the cut & finish you actually want!

I cannot recommend Feathers enough. The Witham salon has been my Go To since moving here and I will never look back! Everyone’s amazing and the quality of care you get is outstanding.
Was first visit. Very impressed more than I usually pay but worth every penny. Head massage was exactly what I needed. Donovan cut my hair was pleased with the result. Definitely going back.

Jade is amazing, really knowledgeable in her field and the only hairdresser I've ever had who has grasped my hair type and given me a style I can confidently recreate at home.She's also great fun to be around. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
